A beautiful southern French rosé which will bring a ray of sunshine into your glass all year round. With its bright rose petal pink colour Fleur de Liz bright wine. Its aromas or grenadine, raspberry and wild strawberries entice you to take a sip, these youthful flavours combine with fresh acidity and some delicious mouthfeel which linger on the palate. This is a delicious rosé to drink chilled as an aperitif, with salads and BBQs, or Asian food.

A Chardonnay not quite like any other….! With its delicious freshness this Chardonnay doesn’t seem to have been born in the sunny south. Picked early in the morning to preserve its delicate fruit and mineral flavours, this wine has a delightfully floral nose. Dry and fresh with a balanced acidity it has flavours of lemon, pear and a hint of pineapple which make it irresistible. Perfect for an aperitif, salads, grilled fish or simply on a shaded terrace.

This wine is the best showcase of our terroir and has a long list of fans. The 3 varieties are hand-picked and cold-vinified separately, a recipes that hasn’t changed for 20 years. Stony and delicious, aroimas of honeysuckle, pear and lime come through on the nose. Its complexity comes from lees-ageing with regular stirring which gives an intense but balanced structure. Fresh acidity and a hint of salinity give a pleasant and long finish. A delicious wine to accompany shellfish, risottos, asparagus, white meats and cheese.

This is a delicious blend of the 3 classic varieties that make up Grès de Montpellier blends: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, or GSM. This perfect mix gives a wine packed with flavour from our best parcels, a non-interventionist wine-making approach in concrete tanks helps create a wine perfect for your best dishes. A rich and complex wine that would benefit from being opened an hour before drinking. It has a spicy and red-fruit nose, flavours which come through on the palate with some light wood notes and balanced tannins. A generous wine that is perfect to share.

This wine comes from one parcel only, in the heart of our estate, and is the fruit of many hours of work in the search of the best grapes we can grow. This wine has character, with a light oak touch, and gives the best example of the minerality of our soils and what it has to offer. Hand-picked in small containers, daily light pump-overs help us to gently release fine tannins. We keep a watchful eye on the post-fermentation maceration to extract just the right balance of finesse and power. The nose has abundant aromas of spice, cocoa and wild herbs. The palate has a generous attack of ripe red fruits, the mid-palate is complex and full of rich spices, this wine has a long finish with hints of black olives and cocoa, backed up by silky tannins. A wine for when time isn’t an issue!

This grape has its home in the rolling hills of Tuscany, a spot with a similar climate to the Languedoc. We top-grafted 2 clones of Sangiovese onto existing vines in 2013 and the first wines were released in 2015. Success was immediate, the atypical flavours of this wine are a definite crowd-pleaser.

Hand-picked in small containers and fermented in small open-top tanks for 10 to 12 days, a light daily punch-down of the cap gives subtle and supple tannins. Pressed in a vertical wooden press, the aromas and flavours of this delicate variety express themselves to the full.

The aromas are quite remarkable : dark cherry crumble, violets, tea leaves, a light hint of oak in the background. Flavours of cranberry and Morello cherries are accompanied by balanced acidity, perfect to accompany the best Italian cuisine.

Originally from Bordeaux this variety reaches optimum maturity in the stony soils of Murviel-les-Montpellier. A fairly unkown variety, Petit Verdot gives small flavour-packed grapes that produce a rich and well-structured wine. Top-grafted in 2013 onto old deep-rooted Grenache vines.

Hand-picked in small containers and fermented in small open-top tanks for 10 to 12 days, a light daily punch-down of the cap gives subtle and supple tannins. We use a vertical wooden press to extract only the best press wine, the wine is aged for 12 months before bottling.

Devilishly dark in colour, this wine is dense and mysterious. Aromas of blackberry, wild mint and cassis are followed by balanced acidity and a hint of oak on the palate, fine tannins and a silky mouthfeel make this a perfect wine for entertaining. If possible decant 30 minutes ahead.

A fabulous variety that originally comes from the South-West of France, sometimes better known via its powerful Argentinian cousins. Malbec loves the sunshine and stony soils of Southern France where it reaches its full potential.

Hand-picked at full ripeness in small containers and fermented in small open-top tanks for 10 to 12 days, a light daily punch-down of the cap gives subtle and supple tannins. We use a vertical wooden press to extract only the best press wine, the wine is aged for 12 months before bottling.

The dark wine has aromas of prunes, dark cherries with hints of tobacco and spices. A full-bodied palate abounds with flavours of dark fruit, liquorice and a small hint of oak. To be enjoyed with rich autumn or winter dishes: duck breast or preserved duck legs, mushroom ravioli or risotto. If possible decant 30 minutes ahead.
